Die Cutting
Shepco have various options to meet your die-cutting needs. Our three Heidelberg cylinder die cutting machines can accommodate A4 – A2 sheet size whilst our two flat bed can do A6 up to A1. All our machines are able to die cut and emboss simultaneously.
Die Lamination
The GBC Voyager we have is a high-end speed lamination system that is in a class of it’s own for versatility, productivity and quality. It is designed to easily run a variety of high-speed commercial thermal films and can be considered as the ideal solution for medium and high volumes of printed materials. We work with both matt 27/28 micron BOPP film and gloss 24/25 micron BOPP film. Our Voyager can accommodate up to A1 size and on a A3 sheet the machine runs at 9,000 sheets per hour. Typical applications are; packaging, book and magazine covers, posters, brochures, pocket folders, etc.
Screen Printing
Foiling & Embossing
Send us your printed matter and we will create and effect of grandeur and quality by foiling on one of our 2 Kluge machines. We use a hot stamping method and offer a variety of foils ranging from traditional colours to metallic and even holographic options. We can foil a maximum area of 420mm deep x 297mm wide and can accommodate sheets sizes up to A3 size.
Window Patcher
Our automatic window patching machine can accommodate 200mm up to 700mm flat sheet size. One of its key features is that it attaches flat or corner windows.
